Welcome to Villa My Koltrina, a stunning home in a unique location in the heart of Istria, perfect for an unforgettable getaway.

The tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price per night.
From May 16th to October 3rd, 2026, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in and check-out only on Saturdays.
From January 7th to May 16th, 2026, and October 3rd to 31st of December, 2026, the minimum stay is 3 nights
A damage deposit of €600 is required. The property will charge this amount 7 days before arrival via bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded in full within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
Cancellation and Prepayment Policy: 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 7 days before arrival via bank transfer.
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival.
Discounts: Stays from Sunday to Thursday have a 10% discount, except during the New Year's period.
A 15% discount is available for reservations made via email, mobile phone, or social media.
Additional discounts apply for stays of 3 or more nights, except from May 17th to October 4th, 2025.
For groups of fewer than 5 guests, additional discounts are available, except from May 17th to October 4th, 2025.

Well-behaved pets (max. 2) are welcome for an additional €100 cleaning fee.
Indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and fitness area.
Indoor and outdoor table tennis, indoor billiards and foosball, darts, board games, and children's toys.
Bed linens are provided and can be changed upon request for an additional charge.
Children aged 3 and above are charged as adults.
Baby crib (2 cribs) available upon request.
High chair (1 high chair) available upon request.
Bathroom towels are available and can be changed upon request for an additional charge.
Pool towels are available upon request for an additional charge.
Parties and events are not allowed.
